Modular Dungeon
A downloadable asset pack
The open-design Modular Dungeon Kit contains 84 textured Unity prefabs for structure (walls, floors, pillars, steps) and props (braziers, traps, switches, chests, furniture, torches, barrels, crates, and other decorations).
Everything is created with modular design in mind, allowing you to quickly create playable content.
Model hierarchies are designed for easy manipulation along the proper joints, making it simple to rig for opening doors, grabbing torches, and opening chests.
This kit uses a mix of uv-mapping and tri-planar mapping to create a seamless building-block-style kit.
Most textures are 512x512 resolution
39,000 tris total, with an average of 500 tris per model.
3 example scenes are included, showing how everything can be assembled. I recommend using MAST - Modular Asset Staging Tool to quickly and easily stage your scene. This project already includes thumbnails for each Prefab that MAST will use in its palette.
This project uses the Standard Rendering Pipeline (SRP).
A Universal Rendering Pipeline (URP) version of the Triplanar shader is included along with instructions on how to convert this kit to the URP.
The original models are included within the Unity package, but - if you plan on using these models outside of Unity - some require tri-planar mapping to texture correctly.

Wow, this looks really nice! This would be really good for a dungeon crawler game.
Hello, i have bought to use with Godot thought a know is designed for Unity. In other comment i read that include the original models files in FBX formatbut i can´t find them. Please can you help me. It would be wonderful to include in my game project. Thanks a lot.
They are in the "Source" folder in the Unity package. Since you weren't the first person that couldn't find them, I just added a new ZIP that includes all of the source files for this kit: Blender source, raw textures, and FBX files. You can download it separate of the Unity package.
Thank you, so much.
Aww crap. I bought this because I thought that it was something that I could load into asset forge... :( I didn't realize it was a unity package...
If you open in Unity, the original models are there as well. You can then copy them into AssetForge.
Works for me. Thanks.
You have put it in the asset store of Unity?
yes. Just approved this morning.
I WILL BUY IT NOW!
Hey Keith, I have bought the Modular Dungeon in the Asset Store today, but I will need to put an alpha in the walls, and the shader that you have made do not supports Alpha, it's correctly?
It doesn't, but I can create a custom triplanar shader that supports alpha for you. It'll be more graphic intensive, though. Find me on my Discord page https://discord.gg/eMKJ5U5
Ok friend!
can I use it in godot, ue or any other engine?
I include the original models files in FBX format, but the materials are designed for Unity.
;(
I have a triplanar shader for some pieces. I had to pick a lane to use it.
congratulations ! this looks amazing !
Thanks! I hope it does well. This is my first time ever charging for any of my work.
Sure but sometimes it's required. After all the free content you sent, it's well deserved already !
I already have them all in Asset Forge so i'll definetely look at this one !
A little temple i'm working on : here
it looks great. If you haven't tried MAST, you might want to look at it. That way you can place prefabs instead of just models, so everything is already scripted before even being placed.
Yeah i saw that walking through your profile i was curious ! Does this work with any models or only your collections ?
Any models. It's really intended for modular design, though.
